Upon arrival, the hotel seemed a bit rundown, with one of the windows in my room being taped together and the bathroom ceiling in poor shape. It was also chilly as the radiators were off. However, the service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff who provided great recommendations. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city. The dining experience left a bit to be desired with some issues during breakfast, but overall, it was a satisfactory stay.

While the room I was given seemed outdated and showing signs of wear and tear, the overall experience was positive. The dining options were satisfactory, though there were some minor issues with the breakfast. The facilities were decent, providing a comfortable stay at a reasonable price.
