Upon arrival, the hotel seemed a bit rundown, with one of the windows in my room being taped together and the bathroom ceiling in poor shape. It was also chilly as the radiators were off. However, the service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff who provided great recommendations. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city. The dining experience left a bit to be desired with some issues during breakfast, but overall, it was a satisfactory stay.
